In our transformation journey, one of our key ambitions is to become a truly software driven company. TME Research & Development (R&D) is leading this change within TME by transforming Toyota / Lexus cars into Digital Smart Cars in cooperation with Global Toyota Organisation.

Your responsibilities

 

We are looking for a dynamic Specialist who will further develop and strengthen the Digital Built-In-Quality of our Connected Services. This will entail, amongst others, following responsibilities:

  1. Key Performance Indices (KPI)
  • Define & implement KPIs to enable tracking our (quality) performance.
  • Create KPI dashboards.
  • Set-up and maintain governance model to monitor KPI including reporting to upper management
  • Define and roll-out action plans to improve our KPI performance.
  1. Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Develop / improve our QMS in line with Industry Standards (e.g. ISO, Automotive SPICE), Toyota standards as well as specific requirements.
    • Define, in close collaboration with our strategy and development teams, the required Quality gates and Quality deliverables for each of these gates.
    • Enforce implementation of these Quality gates and deliverables throughout the development and lifecycle of our Connected Services.
  1.  Quality mindset
  • Develop initiatives to further enhance the Quality mindset within R&D.
  • Act as a Quality ambassador by driving and encouraging Quality improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

 For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are customer oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo.
  • You have affinity with Software development and the related standards such as ASPICE / ISO 26262, ISO 21434, etc.. Actual development experience and/or practical implementation of the standards is a plus.
  • You have a strong Quality mindset that you can promote within and outside the organisation.
  • You have a strong interest in digitalization and new technologies.
  • You are organized, flexible, pro-active, delivery focused and willing to continuously learn.
  • You can perform efficient analysis utilizing state of the art tools (MS Power BI, PowerApp, …) and are able to optimize/standardize data collection and reporting.
  • You have good communication skills, time management 
  • You have a (master) degree in Engineering, Information Technologies
