Your team and your responsibilities

Team description

 

Curative Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in our warehouse. You will be responsible for contracting hiring and training of the staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep of operations. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also essential. The goal is to ensure maximal operational equipment availability with minimum downtime & operations in a good and safe condition.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Supervise corective maintenance on approach, standards & efficient execution of repair.
  • Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians
  • Create clear reports that further can be used for analysis & detection of R/C of outages.
  • Assist preparation of  maintenance schedules and correct estimation of re-work
  • Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks)
  • Inspect & approve corrective actions to feg. racking systems and supervise application of legal required processes
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

 

Your Profile

 For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

  • Local language or English 
  • Strong Technical knowledge maintenance operations / systems[PLC/AutoCAD/Ultimo/MSOffice]
  • Excellent intervention planning & leadership abilities
  • Critical eye for details, safety & regulations

  • Understanding of budgeting and performance management
